There is no public inbox yet
This site does not currently operate a public email address. We would rather say that plainly than publish an address that quietly drops your message, and the correction workflow that will sit behind a real address is still being set up.
For a mistake in this site's content
Corrections are the main reason to contact a site like this, and they are welcome. The routes that work today:
- Each page prints the date its facts were checked. If a figure is out of date, the most useful report names the page, the figure and the current value with a link to where you read it.
- The page footer identifies the page, which makes a report easy to route even without an inbox.
- A correction workflow with a public address will be listed on this page when it exists. This page is the canonical place for that information, so bookmark it rather than relying on a screenshot.
For a bug, a crash or a ban
Those are the developer's and the platform's to handle, not this site's:
- Game bugs and technical support. Use the developer's own support channels, linked from the game's official site and its Steam page. Reporting through the official route is also the only way it reaches the people who can fix it.
- Refunds, purchases and payment problems. Go to the storefront you bought from — Steam support, the Microsoft Store, the PlayStation Store or the Gaijin Store. Refund decisions are made by the store, not by this site.
- Account bans and anti-cheat appeals. These run through the developer's and the anti-cheat operator's own appeal processes.
- Reports about other players. Use the in-game reporting tools. This site cannot act on them.
For official information
When you want the developer's own words rather than our summary of them, the official channels are the ones to read:
- The game's official site and news feed, which carries patch notes, announcements and the developer Q&A posts.
- The official Steam store page and news hub, which carries the demo and update announcements.
- The official Discord and social accounts, which carry the fastest updates but are the least permanent record.
We link these rather than reproduce them. Where official material contradicts itself, we publish the contradiction and explain which statement we follow — never a correction invented on the developer's behalf.
What this site cannot help with
This is an independent reference site. It cannot change your account, issue a refund, restore lost items, resolve a ban, or pass a bug report to the development team. Anyone claiming otherwise on our behalf is not us.
